Our Mission
The New Hampshire Office of Public Guardian provides professional guardianship services to legally incapacitated adults who do not have family or friends to act in this capacity. Adhering to National Guardianship Association Professional Standards and centering legal and civil rights of persons under guardianship, professional guardians and fiduciaries ensure the physical and financial well-being of adults incapacitated by severe mental illness, traumatic brain injury, developmental or intellectual disability, and/or dementia.

Our professional staff have extensive experience and provide a wide array of services to clients on a fee for service basis and to qualified clients through contracts with the State of New Hampshire.
